Research/Scholarship: 
Dr. Reznar’s research interest is to improve diet quality among populations at important transitional points in life – particularly college students, young children, and prenatal woman and infants - through plant-based food choice. She has conducted quantitative and qualitative research studies focused on exploring the intrapersonal (personal skills, attitudes, knowledge), interpersonal (role of significant others), and especially the food environment (campus, home, work) aspects of food choice to inform nutrition interventions. Dr. Reznar’s overall goal is to prevent overweight/obesity and other chronic diseases by making the healthy choice the easy (and fun, delicious) choice.
