Don Brewer

From Clio, Michigan, Don has been a professional actor, director, choreographer, teacher and concert singer for over 20 years. Professional theatre credits include 3 Broadway shows (Les Miserables - Original Broadway Production, The Pirate Queen - Original Broadway Production, and the Les Miserables Revival, where he played the role of Enjolras), 3 Broadway National Tours (The Who’s Tommy, The Will Rogers Follies, and Les Miserables), and numerous regional credits (Including the role of Harry Bright in the Broadway Las Vegas production of Mamma Mia!). Television credits include guest starring appearances on Rescue Me (FX Network) and The Unusuals (ABC Network).

As a director and choreographer, Don has been a part of over 30 productions – from professional work in New York City, to the college stage. Some of his favorites are: Urinetown, The Who's Tommy, Cabaret, The Laramie Project, Bare – A Pop Opera, Hairspray, Bring It On, Shrek, Les Miserables, See Rock City and Other Destinations, Legally Blonde, Princess Kim, Grease, Alice in Wonderland – A Rock Musical, and The Ballad of Janis Mathews.

For 8 years Don was a part of the nation’s premiere corporate entertainment company, Unexpected Boys Entertainment, where he served as Entertainment Director and a concert performer. He helped develop and perform in shows that took him across the United States and Canada, as well as Iceland, Europe, South America, Mexico, The Caribbean, Vietnam, and China.

Don received his BFA in Musical Theatre Performance from Western Michigan University, and is a proud member of Actor’s Equity Association, and AFTRA.

When not acting, dancing, singing, directing, choreographing, or teaching, Don can be found spending time with his beautiful family - Rebekah, Georgia, Ethan, Aidan, Audrey, Jazmin, Freddy, and Bali.
