Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology - Accredited by JRCERT - Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)

Master of Physician Assistant Science - Pursuing accreditation* from the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).

*Oakland University has applied for Accreditation - Provisional from the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA). Oakland University anticipates matriculating its first class in October 2024, pending achieving Accreditation - Provisional status at the June 2024 ARC-PA meeting. Accreditation - Provisional is an accreditation status granted when the plans and resource allocation, if fully implemented as planned, of a proposed program that has not yet enrolled students appear to demonstrate the program’s ability to meet the ARC-PA Standards or when a program holding accreditation-provisional status appears to demonstrate continued progress in complying with the Standards as it prepares for the graduation of the first class (cohort) of students.

Doctor of Physical Therapy - Accredited by CAPTE - Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy

Bachelor of Exercise Science, Specialization in Orthotist and Prosthetist Assistant Studies - Candidate for Accreditation Status awarded by National Commission on Orthotic Prosthetic Education (NCOPE) Faculty and administration are actively pursuing initial CAAHEP accreditation for the program based upon the 2019 CAAHEP Orthotist and Prosthetist Assistant Standards.

Interdisciplinary Health Sciences

Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Specialization in Dietetics The Dietetics Specialization within the Nutrition major is in the candidacy process for accreditation as a Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). An eligibility application for accreditation was submitted and approved by ACEND in 2019.
