Third grade students at Detroit Academy of Arts and Sciences (DAAS) wanted to find a way to help Hurricane Harvey victims, so they decided to have a “Penny Drive” with a goal to raise $50. Well, the desire to help was contagious and the students surpassed their goal by raising $120, which was donated to the American Red Cross. Congratulations to DAAS third grade students!
