Sung-eun Kim, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Science and the Master of Public Administration program at Oakland University.

Dr. Kim's research interests lie in the area of nonprofit management and governance, focusing on nonprofit inter-organizational collaboration, service delivery, organizational capacity building, and community engagement.

Dr. Kim teaches Foundations of Public Administration, Nonprofit Organization and Management, Research Methodology, and Program Evaluation.

Dr. Kim earned her Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from Rockefeller College of Public Affairs at the University of Albany-State University of New York. She also holds an MS in Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MA in International Studies from Ewha Womans University, Korea.
