Political Science honor society inducts its largest class
Oakland University's chapter for a political science national honor society inducts its largest class since its founding in 1983.
Nearly triple the average number of inductees each year, Nu Omega welcomed 58 new members this week. Nu Omega is a chapter of the only honor society for college and university students of government in the United States, Pi Sigma Alpha.
Nearly triple the average number of inductees each year, Nu Omega welcomed 58 new members this week. Nu Omega is a chapter of the only honor society for college and university students of government in the United States, Pi Sigma Alpha.
"I think the interest in this student organization and honorary is a testament to the growing interest in Political Science and International Relations as well as liberal arts," said Professor Terri Towner, the faculty advisor for Nu Omega.
