We are constantly on the go, tending to the needs of others and it is hard to give ourselves pause to replenish from the busyness of our lives. You’ll learn strategies to cultivate self-awareness, self-management and support anxiety and stress. In addition to learning how to exist in the moment and enjoy moments of peace and calm.
Session Objectives:

  1. Identify where you experience stress in their body.
  2. Discover that in meditation there is no way to stop your thoughts.
  3. Connect to the power of your breath.
  4. Activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
