The Office of Diversity & Inclusion invites you to attend “Lean In? Lean out? Personal Reflections on Leadership” by Barbara S. Ducatman, M.D., OUWB professor of Pathology and Chair of the Department of Pathology.
Health care professionals face a variety of challenges in their careers in academic medicine. This presentation will feature personal reflections from an accomplished female leader as she shares the skills needed for leadership, strategies to utilize to develop leadership, and how to do so while working towards maintaining work-life balance.
