How to Change a Password in eBill for Authorized Users on Mobile Devices

If you are an authorized user trying to access the eBill system, on a mobile deivce, such a smart phone or tablet device (iPad or Kindle) and you need to change your password, click here to visit the full site.  If the link does not work, type in the following address https://secure.touchnet.com/C21178_tsa/web/index.jsp?MOBILE_REDIRECT=false at the address bar.

Next you will need to type in your email address under Authorized Users then click on the link to have your password emailed to you.

If you are unable to perform these steps on the mobile device, it is recommended that you visit the secure.touchnet.com website from a desktop or laptop computer to change your password.
