To clear the "Records Don't Match" error message on the reset pin page, first try to clear out the Internet browser cache and history to delete prior attempts. See the following document for help http://www.oakland.edu/helpdesk/Clearing_Internet_Browsers . 

A full-time Help Desk staff member can check what record needs updating, current or former students can go to any student services office or contact the appropriate office below to update your student records.
