• Strive to provide responsive support service experiences to the University community in which calls for classroom and general technology help are received, analyzed and responded to within a short period of time resulting in an effective problem resolution and a satisfied customer
• Strive to work with others in the development, integration and support of teaching and learning spaces in an effort to provide our faculty and students with a resource enriched learning environment
• Strive to provide audio-visual and multimedia production consulting, planning, creation and resource services; to help ensure the success of academic and non-academic programs, activities and events
