  • Parking lot P1 will be open one hour before the ceremony. No pre-parking the night before is allowed.
  • You must have your parking pass to enter the parking lot.
  • No limos, buses, or charter vehicles will be allowed. One family vehicle is permitted with the graduate as a passenger.
  • Extra-tall vehicles, such as elevated pickup trucks, SUVs, vans, may be directed to park near the rear of the parking lot to afford better sight lines for all.
  • After the drive-in ceremony is completed, vehicles will be dismissed by row to drive to the graduation stage (if desired), where the graduate (and only the graduate) will exit the vehicle to receive their diploma cover, walk across the stage, have a professional photo taken and then re-enter their vehicle on the other side of the stage. The vehicle will immediately exit the parking lot. Those not desiring to stay to take a photo may exit after the ceremony to Squirrel Rd.
  • We will provide you with a map/diagram of the parking lot and event flow by May 3rd.

SAFETY/SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • Vehicles should have only one graduate per vehicle (or more in cases of multiple siblings). Graduates not living in the same household are asked not to carpool together.
  • All graduates and attendees are kindly asked to always stay in their vehicles before, during and after the ceremony. Graduates will have the opportunity after the ceremony to exit their vehicle to receive their diploma cover and walk across a stage for a photo. No tailgating or chairs inside truck beds are allowed.
  • When approaching, walking across, and exiting the stage, graduates must maintain 6 feet social distancing. Graduates are asked to bring masks with them to wear on the walk up to and down from the stage, but graduates may choose to remove their mask while on stage for their photo only.
