Two OU students award winners at Sigma Xi Research Conference
Marie Smirman and Megan Kabara won awards at the Sigma Xi Student Research Conference.

Two OU students took home awards at Sigma Xi Student Research Conference.

Marie Smirman, Graduate student in Physics, won in the category of Physics -Graduate for her poster entitled: Simulations of strained graphene films on triangular substrates.


Megan Kabara, 
Undergraduate student in Biological Sciences, was a runner-up winner in the category of Cell Biology and Biochemistry. Her poster was titled The Role of KIN-3, C. elegans Casein Kinase II, in Early Embryos.
