GrizzOrgs: OU Pre-Professional Advising

On Campus

The Pre-Professional Advising Office collaborates with healthcare related student organizations to inform the Oakland University community of graduate healthcare program related events. These student organizations frequently invite admissions personnel from various graduate healthcare programs, including medical, veterinary, and graduate healthcare clinician programs.

Current OU students may join these organizations via GrizzOrgs, an internal content management system specifically for OU student organizations. The site allows students organizations to store files, to maintain events calendars, and to communicate with their members via email and events postings. Only students with active OU Net IDs may access GrizzOrgs.

Special events with graduate healthcare program admissions officers, regular student organization meetings, admissions test preparation workshops, and community service opportunities are usually announced only through GrizzOrgs. To browse and to join healthcare graduate school related student organizations, please click on this link. First time users need to create a profile before they can join a student organization. The Pre-Professional Advising Office has its own GrizzOrgs portal, which contains the office’s newsletters and special resources available only through the GrizzOrgs portal.
