Biography

Teaching at OU since 1994, Bill Rouster has published several pieces in academic journals and his dissertation was a finalist for the dissertation award in his field of Composition Studies. His main professional goal now is to write and publish fiction, which continues to be a work in progress.

He believes that students and teachers together form a learning community, but it is the teacher's job to push that learning community to achieve new levels of societal and personal awareness as well as improved writing abilities.
