The goal of the Share and Care Drive is to challenge students to give back to the greater Oakland community. The floor, team or student organization with the most donations to Flint and surrounding OU communities, will have the chance to win one of these prizes.
* All bottled water donations must be taken to the Recreation Center.
For each item donated to the drive, the floor, team or student organization affiliated with the donation will receive one point.
- 1st Place: $1,250
- 2nd Place: $750
- 3rd Place: $500
Donations of non-perishable items to the drive can include:
|Bath/Toiletry Items (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, lotion, etc.)||New Flip Flops|
|Diapers (large sizes)||New women's underwear|
|Feminine Hygiene Products||New clothes (children's and women)|
|Household Items (paper towels, Clorox/Lysol wipes, hand soap, sponges, laundry detergent, etc.)||Women's Coats (new or very gently used)|
Donations accepted between: February 1 - March 24, 2016
The awards will be presented to the winning floor, team or student organizations at the Student Organization and Leadership Recognition Night on April 11 at 5 p.m. in the Banquet Rooms, Oakland Center.
