Financial aid credit lock: Financial aid is based on the registered courses and course credits as of 11:59 pm. Courses and credits added after the 100% tuition cancellation deadline are not considered in financial aid budgets or for disbursement of financial aid scholarships, awards, grants, and Perkins loans. Federal loans require a minimum of half time enrollment at the time of disbursement. All other federal loans disburse based on the registered courses at the time of disbursement. No student is required to take more than three examinations during any one day of the final examination period. Students who have more than two examinations scheduled during one calendar day during the final examination period may take their class schedules to the Dean’s Office in the College/School for assistance in arranging for an alternate time for the last of the three examinations.
