Students on the part-time RN-BSN Plan will have a prescribed plan of study, covering five semesters over 20 months.  Students on the part-time plan will take no more or less than two (2) classes over four (4) consecutive semesters.  The fifth semester in the plan will consist of the 14-week NRS 4585 Capstone class only.

. Transfer student scholarships are available for students admitted to OU in fall and winter semesters. The RN to BSN program admits students for fall, winter & summer.

Students admitted to Oakland University School of Nursing from a regionally accredited Associate Degree Program (ADN), meeting Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA) or MACRAO requirements including Knowledge Applications, may transfer a maximum of 63 credits as established by University Transfer policy (125 credits needed to graduate).

Additional 30 credits awarded for successful completion of the NCLEX-RN. If transferring in without the completion of the MTA/MACRAO, please reference the General Education   Transfer Guide  for courses that satisfy individual categories. (Note: Go to Program Guides Tab, click on your college)
