Dr. Moore has been with the SON since 1981 before becoming Associate Dean in 2012 and is now serving as Interim Dean. His areas of expertise are clinical nursing education and computer applications in nursing.  Over the past 34 years, Dr. Moore has been an integral part of the Oakland University community through his active participation on more than 40 different committees. He is the current Treasurer for the Theta Psi Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau at Oakland University.  His research and scholarship contributions to the nursing and education fields are abundant with nearly 70 published articles and chapters on topics including simulation, technology in education and the way students learn.
