How they
help
How They Help

Academic Peer Mentors (APMs) live in the residence halls and apartments, and offer free tutoring at various locations that include Hamlin and Oak View halls. Tutor nights are held Monday-Thursday from 8 - 11 p.m. in both locations.

The APMs also host workshops and online chats in topics like time management, motivation and goal-setting. If you would like to reach an APM for support, please email OUAPM@oakland.edu or call (248) 370-3323.

Get Rewarded

APMs distribute Study Bucks to residents they "catch" studying. Everyone who earns a Study Buck is then entered into a drawing to win fun prizes and OU swag!
