Equipment Reservations
Faculty and staff may request media resources from CSITS, such as data projectors, via Footprints or walk-in. Depending on the resources you need and where you wish to use them, the CSITS team will either deliver the equipment to your desired location or loan it out to you at the service desk. CSITS accepts work orders and equipment reservations sent via Footprints; requests via email and telephone are not accepted. For those not already familiar with the Footprints ticketing system, please click through the link below:
Classroom Technology Training
CSITS offers classroom technology orientation and hands-on demonstrations of classroom technology. Use of the video projection system, document camera, and electronic whiteboard is covered. To schedule an individual or group orientation please call our help desk at (248) 370-2461 or email csits@oakland.edu.
Need access to your classroom?
Bring your faculty or staff identification to the OU Help Desk at 202 Kresge Library to obtain a General Purpose Classroom (Z4) key; each Z4 key opens the door to all General Purpose Classrooms and will be yours for the duration of your tenure with Oakland University. 
Please lock your classroom after each session!
To prevent equipment theft, we have instituted the practice of locking all classrooms as they are vacated.
