SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3 | SÁBADO 3 DE OCTUBRE

This workshop will provide minority high school students with knowledge of the college admission process. Presentations will be provided regarding writing appropriate essays, available financial aid, the FAFSA application, and merit and need-based scholarships. Workshop will be provided in both English and Spanish. Individual assistance will be offered to students who want to complete the forms on site and may have other questions about the application process.

It is a long-standing tradition at Oakland University to recognize National Hispanic Heritage Month during the month of September to celebrate the history, politics and culture of Hispanic people, locally and globally.

We hope that you enjoy the diverse programs being offered from September 21 through October 23 and encourage all OU students, faculty and staff to attend as many of this year’s programs and activities throughout the month as possible.
