What do you like most about working at OU? I like that I am surrounded by caring and supportive people who truly care about the successes of the students, staff and faculty. Excellence is consistently encouraged and celebrated.

What are your hobbies? With two small kids at home I do not have time for hobbies. But in my past life I loved to travel, volunteer, and dabbled in jewelry.
What do you like most about working at OU? I love the students. I have met some amazing students over the years.
What was the last book you read? For some reason I read two to three books at a time. Right now I am reading the Happiness Advantage by Shawn Achor, The Philadelphia Negro by W.E.B. Dubois, and I recently finished a short book that Karen Lloyd recommended called As a Woman Thinketh by James Allen.
Where is your favorite place to dine? It depends on the season, but I am thinking that I will get down to the Detroit Seafood Market real soon!
How long have you worked at OU? I have been at Oakland for 10 years! Time flies!!!

What do you like most about working at OU? The knowledge I’m gaining at and about Oakland University and the smiles, headshakes, or a (light popped on) look I get when I share some knowledge and it helps or encourages someone else.

What are your hobbies? My hobbies involve assisting others who may be unable to help themselves (homeless, children, elderly)
What you you like most about working at OU? I really enjoy the opportunities Oakland consistently provide to promote awareness within the campus community. The numerous speakers and events held on campus that expose a plethora of issues and concerns within our world often give me the extra insight needed to gain a better understanding of the matter.
What was the last book you read? I'm currently reading Wisdom Walks: A road Map for Mentoring by Dan Birton and Jimmy Page
Where is your favorite place to dine? My favorite place to dine at the moment is Cantina Diablo's

Name: Tiffany Elliott-Fowler
Position: Assistant Director of Pre-College Programs
What are your hobbies? As far as my hobbies go, working out and living a healthy lifestyle has become a large part of my life. I also enjoy traveling, and have been fortunate enough to go a little bit of everywhere such as: Beijing-China, London Europe, and several states across the US. Being active in my sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Inc, is an important part of my life because of our devotion to sisterhood, scholarship, and service. Additionally, I am passionate about mentoring young people and believe that my experiences can assist them through their journeys.
What do you like most about working at OU? I enjoy working for OU because of the people; both students and staff. I have made some really amazing connections which has allowed me to best hone my skills as professional in order to contribute to the Oakland campus community as a whole.

Where is your favorite place to dine? This is a really hard question because I LOVE FOOD; but if I had to pick two places it would have to be Kuer & Muer and J. Alexander
